Missing Door Textures And Female Administrators.

So yeah, I just deleted and reinstall steam to remove any unnecessary files that got left away by uninstalled add ons, And all of a sudden the door textures are missing including the female administrator models.

I reinstalled and verified missing game cache every source game including garry's mod, and uninstall useless add ons from the game, but it didn't work.

Have any suggestions to help me out?

Did you reinstall all the source games? If so, have you mounted them again?

Wait, the textures are working fine now.
Possibly a source bug.
