Serious Need help about a better AM3+ CPU

The only DDR4 3200Mhz I could get was RGB, I'm not entirely happy about it.

I don't have a case with a window, it's a simple black box.

I have one with a window, but no illumination stuff. Plus, my computer is in my office room while I sleep in my bedroom.
