NPC Bounty System

s: players hunt dangerous NPCs for unique script drops, then trade those scripts with an NPC entity in exchange for cash or commodities.

example:
- player kills an antlion
- antlion drops 'Antlion Hide' script item
- player trades Antlion Hide to Bounty Kiosk entity in exchange for money/credits/etc

y: a perpetual low-stakes combat loop for you kids to gnaw on

Killing 5 headcrabs for a Zulu crate would be a nice reward. Have a bounty board that is backed by Lambda for rebels and a bounty board for the Combine. Gives both sides something to do if not many people are on.
