Apparently, people have been looking for it. Since the original uploader died due to a heroin overdose in Bangkok (and kept it unlisted), I took it upon myself to 'recreate' the entire thing.

Keep in mind that it isn't as good and that most of the text is freeform. I've grasped at straws in my already fading memory and conjured up this monstrosity.
