So I decided to play BF1 beta for a little bit and then my PC fan started running full speed. I tried restarting, still runs at full speed. Also the CPU and GPU are running normally, no overheating.
I rebooted my PC but the problem still persists.
EDIT: It's GPU that's running so fast for some reason.
EDIT2: It was a driver thing, had to uninstall and it fixed it.
