Suggestion PD/EMS Garages Name-And-Shame

I think the garages should list underneath each vehicle who was the last one to pull the vehicle out of the garage, or the last one to park said vehicle. This way we can learn who is leaving all the vehicles in disarray in order to shame them for it.
