Problem with /anims

I've tried ignoring this, but it's annoying me to the point where the server isn't playable anymore.
Whenever I see someone doing an anim or when I do one, it either ends up a T pose or nothing relevant to the /anim they're doing.

NOTE THAT REMOVING THE MODELS FILE IN THE HL2 EXTRAS ADDON DID NOT WORK!

If no one's gonna get to helpin' me fix this, expect me running to every single person who's doing a /anim and asking them what the animation is supposed to be.

Nope, I downloaded content from it. It's just content, doesn't contain anything else.
