Profile Errors

Basically i need to change a two aspects of my profile but i cant
-Name
-Email (the one thats it using right now is outdated)
If someone could help me change these then it would help a lot

I CANT CHANGE EMAIL BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A PASSOWRD BUT CANT GET ONE BECAUSE THE EMAIL IS OUTDATED!

Go to your profile and report it asking for a name change.
Would do the same for your email since you do not have access to it.
