Completed provide admins access to /plysearch, /charsethunger and /charsetthirst

s: allow /plysearch, /charsethunger and /charsetthirst to be used by admin+ instead of SA+

y: convenience: set thirst/hunger on event characters, seamlessly place or remove an item from a user's inventory, etc. there is no greater potential for abuse with these than any other commands available to admin

I genuinely don't get why people want to gatekeep stuff behind SA and then ask why people keep demanding SA's be perpetual zombies when stuff needs to be done

these are staff members, it's not like the event team.

I talked with Numbers over this and he wanted sethunger and setthirst expanded. I don't think it's needed for plysearch to be expanded, and neither does he.

a lot of staff already float around in observer with no purpose, with plysearch they're just going to start rampantly searching people nonstop and become even more omnipotent about everything that happens on the server (which in my opinion makes them want to play less - makes shit seem less interesting)

The radical solution is restrictions on most admin commands and observer unless they're on their staff character.
