Personal Relations

"Ever since I've met Roger, I've known him as a coward who's potential only amounted to something behind a computer screen, a skill we desperately needed when the 5th Division was founded. But seemingly, Los Angeles, god rest his soul, awakened something in Roger, because ever since his 'training' he's been a completely different person, someone who doesn't let himself get pushed around anymore, someone who doesn't seem like a person off of their ADHD meds. And I couldn't be any prouder."

"One of the few people I'd call a good friend in times like these. I've known him for almost my entire stay in this whole Azov Operation and he's always been with Ørsted, and I can confidently say he's proven his worth. His "retirement" as a barrkeeper's well earned, although unfortunately I think it won't last long."

"Probably the largest woman I've ever met, not in weight but in height. You'd expect someone of that stature to be some kind of brutal warrior going around smashing things to death with a battle-axe (which, admittedly, she also does), but she's a scientist at heart, aswell as one of the better medics we have around here. She's done a lot for me, a lot for everyone here really, so I'm glad to be able to work with her in the A.R.C."

"Harland seems like the type of person who would be a horrible leader, but obviously he's doing something right. He's a brave man, probably too brave, and he's shown this ever since Azov when we first met. I do admit though, that Harland knows potential when he sees it, because the higher-ranking members of Ørsted are all skilled in what they do. There's a saying about this kind of situation, that a truly smart leader will surround himself with those that are smarter that him."

"The local race-driver and headcrab specialist, Genjo. I heard he's been scheming up some plans for once we ditch City 24, and knowing him, it's gonna be something great. Besides that though, Genjo's a good man, be it with a gun, a steering wheel, or a frying pan."

"I still can't believe that the most combat-trained person of all of us died in such a bold, if not stupid way. But I try not to think about that, talking badly about the dead isn't right, especially about a man like him. He did well with the 1st Platoon, even if it all came crashing down due to his semi-retirement, and later on, Cody's death. I was glad he came back, but looking at how things are now, I wish he hadn't. His death saddened everyone in City 24, but I know old Frankfurt's probably never going to be the same after all's said and done."
