Redo crafting recipes for drugs

Suggestion: redo the cannabis crafting recipe to remove the loose tabacco leaves or replace it with a pack of cigarettes. To also remove the paracetamol requirement from cocaine as it makes no sense, just give a bag 5-10 uses.
Why it would be worth adding: loose tabacco is harder to get and can be bypassed. Don't know why you need paracetamol to take cocaine
