As the title says, sometimes when i revive people their legs give up and dont work @Pyromaniac @boots can confirm

Fixed Reviving people sometimes causes their legs to cease up and stop working.

Managed to work it out after driving all the way from Paleto (where my legs didnt work) to the motel in the city, can't say whether time or travel fixed it as the vehicle itself didn't originally fix it when I tried to get on and off.
(I had a motorbike close enough for me to get onto it with F, just the walk movement wasn't responding but vehicle worked fine)
