The soldier is one of the best voice acted characters ever. The entire cast is great, but he was one of the ones that stood out the most

I'm glad I had the pleasure of having TF2 as a game that I grew up playing.

rick may, john patrick lowrie (sniper, hl2 male citizen), robert guillaume (eli vance), and robert culp (wallace breen) are all voice actors who i felt were naturally talented and weren't just good because of valve's superb voice directing. i'm glad john patrick lowrie is still with us
