I recently set up an autoexec, but at this point I've deleted it, and added it back multiple times, and tried fixing the issue, however I just can't find what it is, I'll post the autoexec and my run parameters, along with the fact that I have the game running in borderless windowed.

you're likely running far ahead of the server with an autoexec like this, which then yanks you back in line with everyone else
right, so what should i do to fix that.

edit: oh and this as well happens on my own dev server, and even in singleplayer.

edit 2: i set the rate to 30000 seems to have lessened, however every once and a while i notice it, not as terrible though, at least on my dev server.
