you forgot the Macedonian spirit dogAfter a long time of thinking, consideration, and some inspiration from @Blackquill 's comment about @Mute Macedonia dog, I have come to the conclusion that this puppy would indeed have his character design improved by the simple addition of a hat. Just think of it- his head is near perfectly round, excellent for a hat, and his ears being where they are create excellent real estate for a silly hat. Not to mention, the proportions of the pup, they would be quite endearing for a comically large hat. Examples are as follows:

A sombrero.
A backwards cap.
