Fixed snowl is very stupid and his gmod keeps crashing when he launches it and help roleplay i love it

Right so basically whenever I try to launch gmod it opens for a second, loads, then crashes. An error message pops up saying

Steam Error: No SteamUser.
-Make sure that Steam is up to date.
-Make sure that Steam is running.
-Try restarting your PC.
-Try deleting ClientRegistry.blob & restarting Steam
-Try Garry's Mod - > Delete Local Content

Please let me know if you solve this bug!

Basically that is the issue, I deleted local content, and restarted my PC. I attempted to find this clientregistry.blob but I couldn't find anything to my knowledge, but maybe I am doing it wrong, idk. Someone help so my roleplay career isn't over thanks

I get this /alot/, what seems to fix it for me is signing in/out of steam then trying it. Idk if this works for others but....
