something may be wrong with my headphones, im not sure.

everything is working fine, the audio works, the mic works, buuuuuuut i don't see the name of my headphones at the speaker button on the right side of pc, it only says Speaker Realtek High Definition Audio (idk how to explain myself)
from what i know the name/brand of my headphones should appear, or im wronnng?

That's the audio driver.
Unless your headphones use a custom driver, it will show up as the Realtek driver most of the time.

Yeah.
Sometimes windows just doesn't pick up the custom name and uses the driver name.
As long as your mic and headphones work, everything is fine.
