- Very dark story themes
- Brutal and girtty melee combat focus
- Sith Inquisitor presence
- Looks like maybe some parkour gameplay involved

The people at the reveal had some good things to say about the melee combat. The lead game designer said that there is a very high skill ceiling for being able to master the lightsaber combat in the game. The actor for the main character Kal (who isn't much into videogames he said) said the lightsaber combat feels brutal and heavy.Heavily reminds me of Force Unleashed, which if anything should be a positive factor; and it looks like it's trying to tell a reasonably mature story. My main concern though is mostly on gameplay, since considering it's gonna be very narrative and story-driven; it could just result in a fuckton of cutscenes for stuff that could otherwise just be done in regular gameplay instead.
Good call on the OT setting; just hope that they take the time to only use all of the newly introduced Imperial forces from Rogue One, Rebels and Solo rather than try and make 20 of their own considering that pretty much all Imperial rolls have literally been filled.
I think EA is only the publisher. Respawn is the dev, but I wouldn't be surprised if EA fucked it up anyway, somehow, somewhereGlad they showed the EA logo at the start so we know not to get too excited.
