Hello!
I have a really strange problem that has been going on for quite a while now. Whenever I start my computer it loads up Windows and goes to my desktop screen. Here none of the icons load and nothing appears to happen for a good 5-10 minutes. After this everything loads up normally. If I turn my computer off and on again while the desktop is in this 'loading' phase it starts up instantly and without any problems. If I then turn off my PC for a short while and come back it does the same thing again.
It's just that big of a problem, just a little annoying to have to basically turn on my computer twice. It happened after a Windows 10 update some time back. I have reinstalled Windows after that, but it didn't work.
