Description: When a person is being escorted and handcuffed, it seems that they sometimes use the swimming animation. The repro rate isn't wholly consistent.
What should occur: They should probably either be frozen still or have a walking animation while moving. I think having a walking animation would look better though.
Pre-requisites: Another player and some handcuffs
Repro steps:
1. Approach the other player.
2. Handcuff the other player.
3. Open the interaction menu and select escort.
4. Walk around with the escorted player, and observe.
