Tabbing out

Some times Im just playing a game like csgo or gmod and I just tab out without warning, anyone can help?, its a bit vague but its all that happens

Possibly your anti-virus running a check in the background.
It happens/happened to me aswell when I used Bitdefender.

I only have one monitor and il check if its my anti virus

I had the same problemo as you a long time ago.
I recall having to change a setting on my computer to prevent it from happening again, I'll try to find it.

Do you tab out after you press a key or clicking your mouse? Or does it happen automaticly? You can also try playing Windowed or Windowed Borderless if you want.
