hi so im using a laptop right now but whenever i attempt to connect to a server i get the same meme

it's the same for any ts server so it's nothing to do with being blacklisted or w/e but besides that i can't think of what'd be causing this to happen - everything works fine on my pc, just the laptop that ts is being a faggot with
