MISSION
Our objective, is to facilitate a collaborative environment for the advancement of scientific progression within the resistance movement. Transparency between cell leadership and ARC staff, confidentiality and covert interoperability whilst undertaking research projects, and sound retention of resources are the primary benefits of utilizing a unified research effort. We intend to advance our biomedical, engineering, and defense apparatuses through interwoven departments, supplied by compartmentalized operations and scavenger auxiliary wings.

Structure
Our structure is centralized, and hierarchical for both our departments and auxiliary wings. Positional authority rests with the most senior in each field of study. Projects are designated by department heads and operations are lead by an Operation Chief, with scavenging demands and acquisitions tasked by the Operation Chief to the Quartermaster, who will be the lead for our scavenger wing. Details on department positions and operative classes are classified, reserved for those with the appropriate clearance as authorized by Cell Leaders and Operations Chiefs.

Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for communicating with Cell Leadership regarding research projects, information sharing, and resource allocation. The Project Manager serves a purely administrative role, while also performing as a Subject Matter Expert during research projects they are proficient in. They will be responsible for ensuring project scheduling is met, resources are properly used, and that manning is in accordance with project demands. The Project Manager will also be responsible for the security of those participating in the collective through the Operations auxiliary wing, and that resources are maintained through the Scavenger auxiliary wing. They will directly communicate with Department and Auxiliary leadership in weekly meetings to discuss the needs of the collective and new research projects issued out by Cell Leadership. The Project Manager is authorized to initiate operations and will designate these tasks to the Operations Chief, who will designate scavenger operations to the Quartermaster at their discretion.

Head Researcher
The Head Researcher is responsible for ensuring projects are conducted safely and professionally. They will also be responsible for manning of the appropriate departments, designating Department Heads based on their performance and scientific aptitude. The Head Researcher will authorize independent research initiative and triage the importance of Cell projects in relation to in-house research projects. They will rely their triage to the Project Manager who will authorize the priority of projects. They will have the authority to terminate and authorize projects based on ARC resource holdings and can collaborate with the Operations Chief to determine if equipment needs to be tactically acquired by Scavengers or by an Operations team. This will require that they inform the Project Manager of their actions prior to executing them.

The Operations Chief will be responsible for planning and conducting covert and clandestine operations within and outside of the City. They will be responsible for ensuring that equipment for projects is tactically acquired, threats against the collective are extinguished, and that Cells receive combat support when necessary. The Operations Chief is also responsible for ensuring that appropriate defenses are created to combat raids and external threats harming ARC's base of operations. This position is purely internal. This is the only position that requires a neutral party to seat it.

They will be responsible for finding and tasking scavengers with acquiring specific resources, rewarding them justly and issuing out contracts to those who are willing to bring in particular goods. They report to the Operations Chief and will conduct any operation they are tasked with. They are responsible for moving goods from Cells, delivering equipment, moving resources to Cells, and general logistics matters. They will log and track all resource allocation both internally and externally and report any discrepancies or theft to the Operations Chief.

Membership
Membership is granted to those who have a background in any field of science. Cells can donate their members at any time and must do so through the Project Manager. If you wish to become a member of ARC, simply contact the Project Manager, Priest, through datapad (discord,steam, or Forum PM no application format required) and describe your field of study. If you wish to become an Operative or a Scavenger under our collective, you must speak with the Operations Chief, Frankfurt @Verräterpackaging.
