Hence forth, the Four Tribes recognize the neutrality of Orsted and the 1st Platoon. The terms of this neutrality are based on the following conditions;
1. Each political entity and organization is entitled to their own legal jurisdiction, traditions, laws and customs, including form of punishment. There is to be no intervention on judicial matters of signing members of the pact, unless it involves a member of one of the organizations protected by this pact.
2. Entities who sign on to this pact hold no legal authority in the jurisdiction of other pact members unless otherwise stated by the authority capable of invested outsiders with such authority allow.
3. When crime is committed by one member of an organization to another, the matter is to be dealt with by delegation. Each party is to send a delegation of one to three members to negotiate a peaceful solution to the issue. The objective being to avoid further escalation or conflict. Non-members do not receive any such protection.
4. When leadership is killed, it is a sign of good faith and continued interest in the pact to reconvene and have the new leader resign the pact.
