Unable to connect

I've been plagued with an issue where my attempts to load into the server will either end in me timing out or having the "Warning: Connection Problems, Disconnect in..." tab appear if I do get in.

Not sure where to start for looking into solutions or where I might find a proper error message that'd show me the issues I'm currently facing.

Here's a quick checklist of things I've already done in attempt to mitigate this issue with no success:

• Removed all unnecessary workshop addons not required to play the server.
• Undownloaded the Nebulous content and redownloaded it.
• Restarted my Garry's Mod
• Restarted my computer
• Closed everything else on my computer while I let my game try to connect
