Fixed Unable to open inventory inside car/lockpick not working

After respawning inside the wall, I got out and found a car to steal, I was unable to open my inventory inside the car in order to lockpick it.

In the video you can first see me get in the car, try and open inv while inside to no avail. I then get out and test that I'm able to do it when outside of the car, confirmed yes. After I tried opening the inventory while the animation for getting in is half-way through, try using the lockpick when inside and it doesn't work.

Weird bug.

I had it happen to me again today as both a driver and passenger. Not sure what is causing it, sometimes the menu animation is laggy as well, rather than smooth.

I know you love logs, sadly I didn't get any, but I do have a clip. You can hear me constantly mashing tab for the duration of the video.

(I'm the passenger in the car)


EDIT: Later I hopped into the trunk of the taxi and noticed I couldn't access the actual trunk inventory space even though the car was unlocked. The prompt would come up, I would click, and nothing would happen.
