Description: If you use the news camera while inside of a building such as the prison or the hospital and leave the building without exiting the camera, it seems that sometimes the camera can lock the zoom to the building you were previously inside of. The first video takes place after my video "The Dog's Out" where we've just ran out of the prison, for instance, so you can see what was happening prior.
There might also be a bigger problem here where it bugs your character out too, and renders you unable to open inventories or see dropped items (See video 3)
What should occur: The zoom should always show where you're actually looking and not a different place.
Pre-requisites: A news camera and either the prison or the hospital
Repro steps:
1. Enter your chosen location, and go past the loading point.
2. Equip the news camera.
3. While remaining in the camera view, run back out of the building, passing the loading point.
4. Attempt to zoom the camera.
5. Observe.
Supporting evidence:
