What is this HL2RP map?

I'm looking for the exact name of this unknown map which looks like a deviation of rp_city8:

If it's one of the shown city8 maps then why are the textures different? Is that just a Gmod video setting?

Top one looks to be Atle's 3rd edit of City 8, that screenshot looks low quality so that's why it looks weird
