Wheels will not budge on gmod

I am having this strange problem with the wheels on gmod, they just simply refuse to go forward or backward ( unless gravity considers otherwise ) it doesn't matter what wheels I use or what material the base prop is either, it just refuses to move.

I've already set both wheels in one direction, it still won't work

you can maybe fudge it by using the motor tool on an additional circular prop and setting the torque higher
