Why do peoples' guns appear in their crotch area from time to time? I downloaded all the content & shit, still got the problem.

It's because some world models dont have proper third person animations, nothing to do with your content. If you have the names of the weapons that have this issue I can look into fixing them

Then I guess it is all about trial and error mate.
As for me, I remember the moment that I couldn't shoot any of guns that I was given back then when I was in WW3. Turns out the whole issue was with good old +zoom. An old habbit to use suitzoom to see something peculiar as Civie or as any other armed guy.
