ZAZA Plaza is a premium cannabis dispensary that aims to provide the finest quality cannabis products to the residents of LS. Our mission is to create a safe and welcoming environment where customers can explore various cannabis strains, products, and accessories while receiving expert guidance on health and safety that comes with medical and recreational use, harm reduction, tastes and cultural appreciations, along with some of the most exceptional cannabis customer service available in the city.
But we are more than just a business; we are a community hub looking to expand our social circles and always striving to connect with others and allowing others to connect with us. We want to help people network with likeminded individuals all whilst providing a safehub where one can consume and discuss marijuana and marijuana accesories without fear.
We take pride in building strong connections with our clients and the local community. Through regular events, workshops, and educational sessions, we strive to destigmatize cannabis, promote responsible use, and empower our customers to make informed choices.
In short: a social hub for people to socialize, network and acquire higher quality marijuana with 'better' effects than what is currently available, for those that can afford it.

This is my passion project built on the belief that cannabis can enrich lives and enhance people's wellbeing when it is approached with respect and understanding. We want to educate the people of Los Santos of the positive uses of cannabis.
We'll provide educational seminars and pamphlets for those who are interested in learning more about the plant and its effects, along with the culture involved, the history including the causation for the previous prohibition and the modern advances towards the current acceptance of it.
Out with the old and in with the new. Improved, safer, and more streamlined. Say no to the shady alleyway drug dealers and embrace the new era of the legal dispensary. We want you to know exactly what you are getting and how it is sourced; our high quality buds will have undergone rigorous quality assurance testing and will adhere to the strict legal and quality requirements to ensure that you are getting the highest quality products.
Additionally we want to create jobs for the community, we foresee employment opportunities in various roles with the hope of promoting economic growth for anybody who wants to get involved.

As previously stated, we want this to be a place where people come to hang out and partake in the hobby. We want to make the experience as positive and easy as possible for our customers.
We expect the business to start off humbly small, with a notion of growth in the future. Initially we would need a venue to serve as the coffee shop, an office in the back to keep track of finances and enable us to keep good email and phone correspondance with the public. A high-quality packing station is very important to us as it will enable us to package our products with our own premium brand labels and papers.
We aim to initally offer two types of cannabis products. Our joints and marijuana cigarettes will come in two brands, one will be heavy, heavy stuff with high THC contents for the most seasoned of veterans whilst the other would be a "Lite" version marketed towards beginner smokers wanting to try out the hobby and casually enjoy dipping their toes in the water. The former will be described as ZAZA™ and ZA™.
Eventually we would like to provide promotional products for customers to use in our breakroom as well as in their own homes. Grinders, waterpipes (bongs) and seasonal promotional strains. If we were to be accepted and given the greenlight to proceed with the project, we would love to hold an opening ceremony with free products for the people to enjoy.
As we would be the first dispensery opening in the state of LS, we want this to be a memorable and special moment for all of those who want to be involved, and as such we would need a laser printer for our menus, educational pamphlets, posters and custom rolling papers. We would like for the joints to be more than just a white stick of marijuana, displaying our brand so that people always know what they are smoking.
