Bug Zulu Crate ghost items

Description:
If a person has looted specific items from a Zulu-crate before you, but not taken every item - those items they took will still be visible to other players as if the crate is full, but when they 'take' the items nothing happens.
Steps to reproduce:
Take items from a crate, leave one inside, ask someone else to check inside and try to withdraw items.

I think fundamentally this is a problem with the shipments script instead of it being isolated to the Zulu crates, which takes from the shipment crate foundation and builds on top of it. But yea, I noticed that as well, would be cool if we found a solution.
