I'm not even apart of the community it's targetting and it pisses me off, like

I'm confident there are some companies and organisations that have people that genuinely care, but I'm sure they do it all year round instead of just "ok it's june time to roll out the rainbow merchandise and social media posts!!!"

a lot of companies that use lgbt month to sell their bullshit are the same ones who were against legalising homosexuality

I'm not even apart of the community it's targetting and it pisses me off, like

I’m not sure if anyone remembers but last year there was many companies or organisations that just pandered to the community like the Trump campaign pride hat despite banning trans people from military and other things akin to that, such as anti-LGBT judges. Listerine making a pride flag coloured bottle of mouth wash is another example. I’m not sure we need acceptance from mouth wash.

Companies who donate money or profits for equality or are actually ethical are much better than just making bucks from pride pandering. To be fair to Listerine, at least their parent company operates a charity that has donated over a million for LGBT charities.

As controversial as it sounds I wish at least one major company here did something for pride month, even if it is blatantly for money at least they brought attention to the issue

living in a shithole country you barely get acknowledged as an lgbt member- and even if you are 99/100 times its in a negative light

i guess in the west its clearly for money but to have at least one major person or company support us here would be a godsend. Im repeating myself but to bring attention to the issues present such as constant mistreatment and hate against lgbtq people (hell, discrimination against gays and lesbians was fucking legal up until december 2019 here) would be really nice
