Passed a couple'a civics the other day, all riced up. Wanted to go dragging down the 270 freeway coming out of D.C. Kept throwing their hazards on, slowing down to street speed and speeding up. The second time, I drove off the highway, into the median, and around those assholes in my little chevy.

Edit: I also wanted to put my personal opinion on guns in the USA. It's so retarded and dumb, it has little logic behind it. I dont understand how a country can run like it. People toppled with guns, a lot of them. Culture is culture but it's excessive as shit. If it was solely for target practice, sports, hunting, it would seem alright in my point of view.

I'll never see how it makes sense for a regular person to own an assault rifle, or a shotgun and be able to use it for self-defense. Isnt a handgun enough? Lol. Stuff like this makes me wonder. Despite guns being cool and me being an enthusiastic for them, I dont really think people should own them just like that.

well okay

first thing that comes to mind is why i've always liked the flat configuration engines over V and straight because u find these really unique setups, and they gotta be fuckin precarious with flat engines because they're wide motherfuckers and almost always take up an insane amount of room

a lot of wrx guys end up with these clean as fuck bays though and considering i want an 06 wrx myself its something ive looked a lot into. the cool thing i like about them too is that whenever someone who isnt mechanically inclined looks in at what i'd call a 'clean' flat configuration bay, they see this mess of shit and think it just looks cluttered as fuck, but in all reality its this pure symphony of parts and its a genuine orgasm to look at

that's just some examples i pulled off google images, arent even hard to find

dont get me wrong all the other configurations are amazing too, ive never liked the note straight configurations tend to give off though so ive always preferred V configurations and flat configurations over straight. that and i just think a lot of guys end up making their bays look too barren.

pipe work is something else i just love too. seeing all this custom work, knowing damn well that planning, fabricating and installing those custom setups are a complete pain in the ass, really makes me appreciate the build more over "HURR DURR BOLT ON AAA" which a lot of wrx guys fall victim to because bolt ons are just the easiest and generally most cost effective thing to go with. tl;dr custom work is worth striving for if you really want something unique.

all in all i think the work that goes into the car matters more than how the car looks. if i see this car i dont necessarily like the look of, im still gonna ask 1000 questions about it because im more interested about the work that's been put into it rather than how it looks. some guys put literally more hours than i have on gmod into a single car (i have over 10,000) and these cars end up more important to them than some people's children are to them lol

if i could have that i'd drop everything i have right now, trust me

driving is something else man

when i first got behind the wheel i was naturally fucking nervous, like everyone is, but if you had the passion for cars years prior like i did its as if you've just met your dream celebrity or something. i remember when i first drove it was just around the complex i live in, but it felt so liberating and so calming knowing i'd finally been connected with the thing i'd done nothing but nerded out over for the few years prior to that

eventually when i felt confident enough to leave the complex i went out onto this road which, after a 10 minute drive, took me straight into this mountainous terrain with windy roads, dips, elevations, bridges, etc and on all sides was either vibrant green forests, swamps, or the occasional amazing view if we drove past a cliff

australia really is just a massive plop of beauty if you take the time to let it show you

sadly the cancer kinda fucked me over but i can still drive, just needa get a specialised license bc blind in one eye
