Discarded by a crumbling financial state and failing economy; a City that couldn't bear them anymore, our cast finds themselves being put to use in means of conflict and restoration - another peacekeeping mission in the middle-east.
A region torn asunder by age-old war finds no rest in another. A power vacuum replaced by another finds a lone dictator with no Senate to speak of atop their sand-stained tower. Here was no land of security, every year as unsure as the next.
The local insurgent groups have signed the treaty of Sudan (2027) and for once are divided under one banner, an extra shove is all that would carry them into carrying the banner of the next free City whilst the few remaining loyalist forces scrounge to keep a foothold on the region with a leader worth only his words of encouragement.
The tip of an unsure power-balance hung only on the edge of its new arrivals and their actions to come.
The dunes of Sudan await the brave - for purpose or place in the history books.

Originally instated as a means of counter-insurgence from a business-deal between an overwhelming local militia and a popular statesman. Now run as a defacto-state by its sole figurehead; Commander Asim Dau. The Kabir are comprised of their glorious leader and a small - handpicked internal council aswell as the local conscript forces holding the region with Union-support.

The Haq, Seventeen's relief effort - a group of vetted officers and militia with means to stabilize the region with unconventional methods and tactics. Left completely in the dark as to a central leadership structure or dispatch communications beyond Asim Dau's orders - they're left to their devices of containing the streets while the war-effort rages.

As with every government in troubled regions, it finds opposition. The Azaan are comprised of local freedom-fighters and business owners trying for a free market and a direct opposition of its current leaders. Due to their stranglehold on imports, backroom deals assure their continued existance despite their strong public opinions. As a result of concerns for counter-operations, no one quite knows who stands charge of their operations - built on a strict structure of smaller gangs and defacto figureheads for different regions of Sudan.

CONTENT
ENMITY will last approximately three days, running right through until the end of the weekend.
This is a 128 slot event featured on the main server.
ENMITY will run alongside the server's current ruleset, however certain changes are subject to be made. An example of this could be in-regards to PKs, you will be informed of all changes.
Actively searching for conflict with no regard to character safety will lead to a PK. Use common sense.
ENMITY is an event where most if not all factions can participate in. However CAB and OTA presence will be heavily limited and is subject to change dependent on lead and event runner opinion.
Rebels are free to participate in ENMITY. City 505 (Sudan) has incredibly limited funds for security, however it is important to note that openly walking around heavily geared may lead to consequences. The choice is ultimately yours.
There will be a limited Civil Protection presence during the event, whitelisted spots will allow certain characters entry. The event is incredibly open and free, with zero Overwatch presence however, as standard, all rogue activities must first be approved of by the respective leads.
The security forces of City 505 (otherwise known as the PEACEKEEPER INITIATIVE) will be made-up of completely new characters that you will be allowed to keep upon closing of the event, if they were to survive.

Loyalist factions such as CWU, UM and UIL are permitted to participate in this event, the event is incredibly open and free, however, as standard, all rogue activities must first be approved of by respective leads.

Meme behaviour will not be tolerated, use common sense. If you show a lack of self-awareness and care for other player's experience you will be removed for the rest of the event.
