There are numerous things that people will feel inclined to metagame, from helping their buddies who are downed or in cuffs across the city, new bank robbing mechanics, to figuring out drug/weapon production/distribution, high stakes plot info, or whatever.

Some/many of these things will be gatekept behind RP stories or intended for more trusted individuals, and because of that, there are going to be people who will feel inclined to meta to obtain and subsequently spread that information for their own or their group's benefit.

This sums it up damn well for those that are less familiar with GTA RP.

They're intended to be overheard in some way, shape, or form. Someone could be nearby a person that's on the phone. Texts can be obtained and read. Radio frequencies can be hijacked.

IIRC, no, but information like call logs and text messages will be obtainable, either by directly searching the person or obtaining a subpoena signed by a judge.

Not that I am staff, but do that to any admin in the GTA server and you'll need to find a new game/server to play for a month at a minimum most likely. Not that there will be much pulling aside, if you fuck up enough to garner attention from an admin it will likely be a flat-out ban, with little warning beyond the rules you should have read before joining.

i propose that we permaban anyone that does not make daily pilgrimage to the holy quokka statue.

Please for the love of god, just don't start banning people if they don't drive correctly. Leave that to Law Enforcement to chase them down, more fun that way
