When the water stays off some stuff keep water but its finite so like a sink will have 28 units of water I think

If you can grab the metal barrels in the camps near to the Louisville checkpoint they store like 800 units of water (twice as much as rain catchers iirc) and are super light.

I think there's more of them around the map but those I know for sure spawn.

You can turn your PVP off so you won't hit people during big fights that's what the toggle actually does.

Nah, with global PVP off the toggle is meaningless - you can't PVP full stop anyway with it disabled.

Global PVP on means you can actually PVP.
