If youd read carefully youd come upon the conclusion that a question and answer thread has transformed into an argument wheter socialism is better than capitalism. Although I know for sure communism cant get to power for americans wouldnt be willing to comply, i am still a communist because the ideology is not the problem, of course because of that I would only be able to make a socialkst state, not communist but why should that limit my view on whicj side i am. To your "ruining your reputation" - care about yourself, I dont feel bad for being pushed away because of my way of thinking.

Yes but under communism/socialism the amount of high classes is significantly lower and id rather benefit the state than the rich who do it for nothing but their personal gain

i see where you are coming from but i still dont understand why people rant on and on about communism being so great, when the past and the present shows us the opposite. Eastern European countries interestingly still being pretty shit compared to western european countries. If you want to benefit the one man then youre still benefiting the rich man. And every decision you make in life is your own and if its negative is also your own fault. Those rich people mostly made good decisions, get paid at the end of the day and they profit more. If you decided to study not as hard as those people that are rich now, then is that the fault of the rich man being rich or is that the fault of yourself?

This is a useless argument really because communism is gone and based on how its left off those ex-communist countries e.g. cuba that still has a trade-embargo and hasnt had a new car imported in i think 60 or so years.

tl;dr: we get equal oppurtunities; most people who are rich have taken more advantage of these oppurtunities. Who is really to blame?

I am not criticising the equality now, its the fact the state taxes merely one fifth of what the business owners make, as i said before id much rather benefit my country directly than to work for these people which really give the most profit to themselves

well running a business is a bit more difficult than working in one isnt it?
if you run a business you have to be creative and if you work in a business you just do your job, do whats asked and youre done.

I am of the very opposite thinking because of the problems that happened in my life, i met very good workers who were cooperative while their boss was trying to convince them to use old material which he found in his garage so he could use the new buyed material on his cottage hes building while being sure he keeps getting profit. The workers told us about what he wanted to convince them to do and helped us sort this thing with the law, it appeared that a service which would cost 30 euro all with materials did in reality cost three times more, therefore 90 euro... What my point is that not everything is as it looks, capitalism sure can have positives but this scenario happened to me the second time in my life, thats why i tried to figure out my own alternative of the standard capitalism and i want to convince people that even communism/socialism has many positives to it, despite what all it did in the past.

Despite how rude you are, I can approve that its even worse. Fascist politicians, "Captain" Danko who has never served in the military yet he takes that rank as if nothing happened. Our politicans really are a crazy bunch. Some days I wonder how could such a country hard fought for end up like this. EDIT: Actually if you never heard of the never-ending law that even a president can go to jail here, not like Netherlands, then you should go and criticise your country for it if youre able to open your rude mouth upon something you dont even know about.

No that'd be hypocritical. And more people die under Captialism because the system inherently rewards people for making profits rather than letting people survive.

Also why should we support a society where a man can make a loaf of bread only to make enough money to buy a slice? That's just fucking ridiculous. Rich people don't trigger me, but people who profit off of labour that isn't their own somewhat do. If someone becomes rich because they are a famous sports-player or a singer or whatever the fuck, then good for them. If someone becomes rich because they essentially steal wages from people and can singlehandedly cause world-wide inflation, then they shouldn't have their wealth.

Does that make sense?

America had a very lively communist movement until the 1920s, where the government then deported Union leaders to Mexico and Russia. There was also the 60-70s where they'd actively kill movement leaders too.

The people of America are fine, but their government is a fucking monolithic monster.
