bruh when i went down into the lava lakes for the first time and searched for that one base one of those big fuckers suddenly came outta the ground below me and i almost shat myself

How do you guys get the courage to play subnautica and go to the areas with leviathans like fuck that I only got to the bulb zone and even then I never visited the crash site cos I was too scared to see the reaper

trust me i know what you feel like
the thing i can recommend you do is enable creative mode, turn on the cheat that makes the AI ignore you and swim close to a reaper to get over your fear

you cant beat ur fear if u never approach it head on, thats what i did aswell

once you think you've hugged the reaper enough, turn off creative mode and invisible cheat and get killed by him, do it over and over until you're not scared anymore

or you know, just play the whole game with invisible cheat and creative mode and just enjoy the view :)

it took me about an 30 mins just to leave the starting capsule and then another two hours to venture into the kelp forest

basically its fun as fuck in the sense that its scary when you play but can look back at it and laugh

Look at the repear in the eyes, get your stasis gun out, and then fight it till the death with your knife. show him who's boss.
