Some in the weapons pack aren't going to be in the final version/some are missing, right? Because no Walther PPKs would suck, and some of the weapons are from the 2000s or 1999 (Like the MP7 and SR-2). I assume some are experimental but I'll wait on the response to be sure.
I’d expect more WW2 type weapons for civilians and the odd M4 and AK47, 74 for sort of like groups and so on. Experimental weapons like the XM-8 would be available for the more clandestine NJSOC and SF groups. But sort of makeshift guns will be the go to for many of the early on groups and such.

Yeah, I'm not questioning the access of weapons for militia and civilians, I'm just a little bothered by how some stuff realistically wouldn't even be prototypes. H&K would either be temporarily out of business, the design engineers would be captured by the Soviets if they couldn't escape, or they're working on military projects in exile back in the UK, which could still have the experimental weapons sure. But I would like to maybe see those experimental weapons (seized prototypes) in the hands of Soviets and Stasi as well.

Trust me I've questioned a fucking lot of shit weaponry wise in the 1990 lore WW3. But in times of war. Like what we got now with the 92 lore. There wouldn't be any sort of prototypes on the front line. They would only be in countries that aren't actively in the warzone. Like the US and UK. Their respective companies would just be experimenting shit there and wouldn't be giving them out in a active warzone. As that would just defeat the purpose of keeping them a secret until the final product is made. Take the AR-10 and M-16 for example. Why the fuck would the Army give troops a non final product? Since the AR-10 was a fucking .308. But now I'd hope you got the point I'm tryna put across.

Yeah I get your point, man. And it's fair enough to say that my idea about giving the soviets experimental MP7s is dumb, although technically this isn't the frontline for any side. This is in Germany, and the rest of Europe is already taken (bar the UK maybe I can't recall if it's taken or not.) So maybe some experimental stuff for garrisons to get a low risk take on how the soldiers enjoy carrying it on patrol, and dealing with insurgents instead of a full on frontline combat.

The Insurgents can easily hide their location using NordVPN
And they can look stylish and clean using the Code "EpicYoutuber2827Xx“ on Dollar Shave Club to get -25% of off their first purchase.
