I won't sit here and say I was the best because I certainly wasn't. But considering everyone before me left and I was the only one with enough grit to take the job I think I did alright.

Most those people complaining wouldn't have a clue on where to start leading a faction. If this means anything to you I think you did a great job. If those people cared so much they should of opted to take the position in the first place.

Depends how they made it to captain. If they came in from officer's school, then sure. But if they rose the ranks over time, nah they've seen some shit.
