A HL2RP game with a giant map, and a massive player population. Like a full size city, and canals/out lands outside of that. A massive population to interact with.

Obviously it’ll never happen, and it’d be near impossible to manage, but man it would be badass.

Personally I would love to see BioshockRP in Rapture in the Year 1958/59 where the Civil War with Atlas just started and the horrible side effects of overusing ADAM were clear

already also had supernatural occurrences, murder in the cornfield, dead officers nearby. it's great really (shameless shill but it's genuinely fantastic)

Man in the High Castle RP

Think city roleplay but set in an alternative 1961 where the Axis won WWII. Could take place in an occupied American city by either the Japanese or Germans. Would be beast.
