As someone who was taken off the staff team in the past for attitude related issues, the only advice I can really offer is just to give people the benefit of the doubt sometimes, hang back and intervene only when it’s strictly necessary cause I know a few people who’ve noted you come on a little strong sometimes when it comes to applying da rules x
