postal 2 + dlc http://store.steampowered.com/app/223470/POSTAL_2/

I recently got it from a friend

I always knew postal 2 was a meem but god damn if it isn't full of content from just weapons to pure size of the map(s)

also it's really good game

freedom planet (+ost if you want to spend extra) http://store.steampowered.com/app/248310/Freedom_Planet/

good game with squeakuel on the way

http://store.steampowered.com/app/205950/Jet_Set_Radio/

The Oddbox but I'll just link abe's oddyssee http://store.steampowered.com/app/15700/Oddworld_Abes_Oddysee/

very very very very very very very very good puzzle game on par with portal/portal 2, as well as abe's exoddus. content is massive alongside replayability being a slight focus with the sheer number of hidden areas, starting with just the fourth screen of the game having one. Also, most of these secret areas have a rather high difficulty, making replaying the game when you aren't trash even more fun

mcpixel http://store.steampowered.com/app/220860/McPixel/

left 4 dead 2 if you don't have it

Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale http://store.steampowered.com/app/70400/Recettear_An_Item_Shops_Tale/

game where you must manage an rpg item shop and sell things to people to chip away at your monthly debt, capitalism at its finest as well as a solid game overall

papers, please http://store.steampowered.com/app/239030/Papers_Please/

it's pretty decent, most people will make unfunny memes about it just like 90% of the world worships russia when they're 14 because they think they're cool and different but the gameplay is fun

E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy http://store.steampowered.com/app/91700/EYE_Divine_Cybermancy/

don't buy unless you can look past a game's janky designs and/or adjust to how a game works as well as learn a few things about how a few things work in the game

janky, janky, janky, but up there with deus ex in terms of how you can tackle a situation, be it from hacking and possessing an enemy, hacking him outright to serve as an NPC ally, stealing his health from afar, or outright popping his brain in two

you essentially start as what we today would call a supersoldier with the ability to jump the size of a human and do things like that and slowly ramp up and upgrade yourself until you can jump about 5-6 stories and run faster than sonic

also you can make npc's go nuts and they'll lose accuracy because of it, you can also go nuts as well with several negative effects until you hit a button to repair yourself over a few seconds. quite fun but grindy unless you know what you're doing, replayable as well with 4 endings that you're supposed to get to get all the cool endgame things

a big focus is to take your campaign character and load up a few of the campaign maps but the game will randomize a few objectives each time for you to run the level, from a simple "go smash these things" to long-running maps where you'll finish what you're given and be given more.

also just get really high and play it it's probably one of the better audio/visual experiences I've had to date when you listen to music w/ it and grind out

http://store.steampowered.com/app/6910/Deus_Ex_Game_of_the_Year_Edition/ I guess deus exx tooo

http://store.steampowered.com/app/2100/Dark_Messiah_of_Might__Magic/ one of if not the few best rpg's on a pc to date

running on the source engine, dark messiah makes full use of giving you the ability to work problems out yourself, but you'll primarily just kick dudes into environmental dangers while laughing. also the maps are fucking huge and have tons of secrets that take a few playthroughs to find most, or just a bunch of time
http://store.steampowered.com/app/214610/Cherry_Tree_High_Comedy_Club/

pretty moderate-lengthed replayable game that's pretty much just making friends and increasing skills to get a better ending. time-management galore if it's down your alley

http://store.steampowered.com/app/427190/DEAD_RISING/ the end-game be-all end-all of time-management mixed with brutal fun, dead rising is so extremely replayable with endings and items galore that you'll be spending tons of time just dicking around between things. definitely shoot for this at some point in your gaming career, it's one of the top 30 games ever made i'd say

http://store.steampowered.com/app/222880/Insurgency/ you can mod everything.

everything. replace every sound, every model, every skybox, every texture, and it'll still be a hardcore fps

http://store.steampowered.com/app/35450/Red_Orchestra_2_Heroes_of_Stalingrad_with_Rising_Storm/ ptsd simulator

http://store.steampowered.com/app/294860/Valkyria_Chronicles/
idk what this is but it's in my library and people say it's good

I'll stop myself here before just pasting my entire library, most of this was made assuming you have the basic steam games like killing floor, world of goo, et cetera.

http://store.steampowered.com/app/22000/World_of_Goo/

Do buy world of goo if you have not, as it is one of the 3 only perfect games with absolutely zero faults in existence, along with Halo 3 and Cave Story.

hey here's another thing http://store.steampowered.com/app/200900/Cave_Story/

many people consider cave story to be the perfect game, and it beats everything I've ever played

if you're a jew and don't feel like spending $14 on it here's the link to the website where you can just download the original free version, seeing as how the game was made free in the first place https://www.cavestory.org/

get cave story

edit you can also get skullgirls base-game for $14 rn but every steam sale (read: every 2.5 months) it goes on sale for $2+all dlc.

http://store.steampowered.com/app/245170/Skullgirls/
I don't think I've seen another soul on nebulous play a fighting game but it's this or the upcoming street fighter collection because with that you get third strike and alpha 1 and 2 and stuff and even the older version of sf3 and it has online play

or just use fightcade

http://store.steampowered.com/app/234190/Receiver/ interesting mix of random generation mixed with in-depth gunplay where you must manually place each bullet into the magazine, put the magazine into the gun, pull back the slide (or don't, and just release the slide lock - or don't waste all bullets before reloading and you skip that part) then aim the gun and pull the trigger

but wait, the thing flying at you killed you before you could figure out how to pull back the slide and you dropped the magazine like a bumbling retard

it's pretty complex at first but extremely fun when you pop a new magazine in very quickly and pwn something

there's also http://store.steampowered.com/app/282800/100_Orange_Juice/ which is a fun multiplayer/singleplayer game that is very very infuriating at times but fun

higurashi when they cry

it's an agonizingly slow burn but once it gets good there is honestly no fucking going back

it's a vn and a pretty old one at that but it's a pretty good story but it's definitely not everyones type of game
