Yep. Set up a complete plan now.

Getting an MSI x370, which is compatible with an AMD Ryzen & A GTX 1070 (the processor & graphics cards im gettin)
Will wish them all for my birthday, but ik i'll probs only get the motherboard if lucky

I don't see how more VRAM = longer lifespan
gtx 980 had 4gb vram

2 years later most if not all modern games (and gta v) surpass 4gb usage

3 years ago we had the 700 series where 3gb cards were seen as overkill, then the 970 came out with 3.5gb which was barely enough to run games like shadow of mordor and gta v at maximum settings
