Would put forward one of my modpacks but so long as the Brita's mods don't get added I'd say things'll be fine.
a lot of build 41 mods either don’t work for MP or start to break as more people join the server.

More Traits mod seems to always work though.

Project Zomboid with players being able to claim locations on the map w/ a few vanilla-focused mods would be great, though respawning loot would be an almost instant requirement unless you want whole cities being cleared of loot in under a week.
I doubt that when it’s 16 players at a time max. Besides after a week people should have the stats for crafting things and getting food/water without relying on loot.

On the project zomboid thing.

Could always make it work akin to rust servers, reset every X amount of time that is deemed appropriate.

Actually it just came out of beta yesterday I think.
Yeah, they pushed Build 41 to the main stuff; but the multiplayer is still considered to be unstable/recommended as whitelist only. Think it was anything above 30 that was reported to have issues in performance and server sync.
