Well the rain look alright i suppose, but when zoomed in its obv they are just lines across the screen, and as for the impact marks, well i think they might be a bit small and too plentiful. However i haven't tried anything like this myself so changing these things might make the image look shit.

Also as a side note, the rain is rather heavy, yet the ground is somewhat dry adding a puddle prop or something might help this.

Select everything above the ground.

Copy it.

Flip it upside down.

Make it slightly transparent so it looks reflective.

Boom, reflective puddle.

Add some splashes in it as the rain lands in the big-ass puddle.
