After contacting Gerald and demanding he give me the solution I successfully engineered him to cave in.

nope
Have you made any changes that come to mind, that could mark when this issue occurred?
none
(ie. I overclocked my monitor now I have screen tearing. The reason is most likely the overclocking of the monitor)
Some things I'll offer you prior to receiving more information:
- If you OC'd your monitor's clock, undo that. | i have a tv
- Turn off VSync. | that shits off always
- Use net_graph 1 and try to reproduce the issue, see if your fps suddenly drops, or if your ping suddenly spikes...
- although I'm certain this is a frame issue | got that on already, usually notice nothing
- Try turning it on and off. | ;)
