The only reason the NCR was ever in a "bad" position was because Oliver was a glory hound and intentionally sat on the dam so he could have one final set piece battle rather than just steamrolling across and destroying that edge fort.

if you think a bunch of brainwashed cultists clad in football pads armed with sharpened mower blades could ever beat a fully functioning WW2 tier military I think you might need to re-consider some things

One of the companies I have worked for previously allows software engineers to have whatever equipment they want (within reason) as long as they get the job done. If they want four monitors they would usually get it.
