I was recently making some adjustments to the application process for the Soviet faction, you'll find once the thread is made public that the application process is going to be very unconventional. Personally I haven't seen a format like it in all my time with WW3RP or any gamemode with whitelists. It deeply reflects our new philosophy with the server.

But one thing I did want to make public is that the faction will only be accepting characters from the USSR. And returning characters will require a lot more effort in their applications. Just keep that in mind if you are thinking provisionally about your characters.
